If you’re a small company thinking about adopting a social media campaign but dismiss it (or your executive dismiss it) as being something for just the big multinationals . . . think about it this way: social media adoption has nothing to do with the ‘advertiser’ and everything to do with the ‘marketplace’. Your customers (prospective and current) are adopting social media so they are the ones driving it. If you want to connect to them you will need to take some steps into social media.
