Rocky Mountaineer – Guest Lounge

Thanks to Alicia Whalen from A Couple of Chicks , an e-marketing company in Edmonton Alberta for posting about Rocky Mounaineer on their blog as an example of engaging your customers by sharing their experiences.
Rocky Mountaineer Vacations are… providers of unique Canadian train trips and vacation packages across Canada.
Their website has some great features and is an example of a well designed and user friendly experience. They also go beyond the standard web presence by offering the ‘Guest Lounge’ where guests can contribute content and provide feedback on their experiences with Rocky Mountaineer Vacations.
As time goes on, they will no doubt find more ways to interact but this is a good step in the right direction.
